At The Chosen Gifts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique purchase. If your gift isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
