Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Processing time for most orders is 1-2 business days before the package leaves our warehouse.
Can I include a personalized message with my order?
Yes, you can add a custom gift message at checkout. We will print your message on a premium card and include it inside the package at no extra cost.
What is your return policy for gift items?
We offer a 30-day return window for most unused items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or perishable goods are final sale.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to over 20 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Will there be a price tag or invoice inside the box?
As most of our orders are gifts, we never include pricing information or physical invoices inside the package. You will receive your digital receipt via email.
